Tailored for Efficiency
Our AI-driven software crafts Plan Sets that, while slightly different from our Standard PlanSets, comply with most Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements. This package caters specifically to the installation of solar panels and supports energy storage solutions from Enphase and Tesla batteries.
Complete Plan Set
Our Plan Set guarantees compliance with all state, local, and utility standards, encompassing:
- Cover Sheet
- Site Plan
- Roof Framing Plan
- Single, Three, or Both Line Diagrams
- Labels
- Fire Safety Plan
Additionally, it includes a Roof Order: a detailed roof report that integrates seamlessly with our software, enhancing design speed and accuracy.
Special Considerations
For new constructions or simple roof designs like a single ridge roof without obstructions, the Roof Report is omitted. For new constructions, we require a PDF roof plan with clear scale and dimensions.
Efficient Turnaround Time
- Design: With a roof order, expect a 2 business day turnaround—less than 24 hours for the roof report and under 8 hours for design post-report. Without a roof order, the process is typically completed within 1 business day.
- Structural Stamp: 1 business day post-design approval
- Electrical Stamp: 1 business day post-design approval

Change Policy
Adjustments necessitated by engineers, AHJ, or utilities are covered. For modifications to orders older than 6 months, a nominal fee of $60 per project applies.
